Below are common questions related to how therapy works and what to expect. If you do not see your question answered, please call to ask.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, I am currently accepting new clients!
Do you accept health insurance?
Due to the fact that I want to provide the most personalized care, preserve your confidentiality, and avoid conflicts with insurance companies and their set number of sessions, I do not accept health insurance.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are a no-call no-show, you will be subject to being charged the full session fee. All cancelations must be made within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. If you do a same-day cancellation, you will be subject to being charged the full session fee.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Depending on my availability, same-day appointments may be available.
What can I expect during the intake session?
You are only going to get the most out of treatment if you are working with someone you truly feel comfortable with. During our intake session, we will review documents, discuss any questions or concerns you have in regard to your treatment, and determine if we are the best fit for each other.
Your comfort and growth are the most important aspects of treatment. If you do not feel comfortable or feel we are not a good fit for each other, as a provider, I will strive to make sure you can get the help that you need. You will be provided with referrals for providers in your area that will best meet your needs, ones that are actually accepting clients and not just a list from google.
